We may work with movement, breath, imagery, sound, voice, drawing, or other creative processes to support expression. Creative arts therapy isn’t about being ‘good’ at art. It’s a space to express yourself freely, without focusing on what the final outcome looks like, but the process and allowing meaning to emerge in its own way.

1:1 online sessions with adults
I work with muscle testing and body-based awareness to identify areas of stress, imbalance, or limiting patterns. This work is very intentional, but you don’t need to know what you want to work on before a session. You may know what you want to work on, whether it's an intention, a pattern you want to no longer run, or a sense of something you want to let go of, and how you want to feel moving forward.

I use muscle testing and the body’s responses to guide the session, supporting clarity, insight, and transformation. We may identify limiting beliefs, stored emotions, and patterns that may have been making you feel stuck. We allow space for the body to feel and process, listening to the wisdom of the body before transforming it.

90 minute sessions are recommended for the first session. After that you may want to do 90 minute or 45 minute sessions depending on where you are at. One session may be all you need and can be more than enough to gain clarity. Some people like to have regular sessions or sessions when they feel something needs to be illuminated or shifted to support decision making or to gain more clarity around their direction.

Most people describe feeling lighter, as if they’ve experienced a deep meditative process during the session, leaving them with greater clarity moving forward. Each session is unique and guided by the intelligience of your body.​​
