Creative Arts Therapy

Arts therapy uses creative processes such as visual art, movement, music, drama, or writing as a means for individuals or groups to explore emotions, process experiences, and promote emotional and social well-being.

 

It combines artistic expression with therapeutic principles to support healing, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Individual sessions

We may work with movement, breath, imagery, sound, voice, drawing, or other creative processes to support expression. Creative arts therapy isn’t about being ‘good’ at art. It’s a space to express yourself freely, without focusing on what the final outcome looks like, but the process and allowing meaning to emerge in its own way.

I currently offer individual outreach/mobile arts therapy services

and online/phone sessions.​​

​

I offer​ sliding-scale creative arts therapy sessions for privately funded clients.

Group Arts Therapy

Group arts therapy sessions provide a supportive and creative space for self-expression and personal growth. Using art-making as a tool, participants explore feelings, build insight, and connect with others in a safe, facilitated environment.

Creative Process

Creative Arts Therapy & Specialised Kinesiology

I pay my deepest respects to the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the land where I live, work, and create. I honour their Elders past, present, and emerging, and acknowledge the ongoing connection they have to this Country.
