Refund Policy
General Policy
Due to the nature of the sessions, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
All bookings are non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations by Client
If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours may forfeit the full session fee. Alternative arrangements (rescheduling) may be offered at our discretion.

Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of serious illness, emergencies, or other unavoidable events, we may provide a partial refund or credit at our discretion.

Refunds for Practitioner or Service Issues
If a session is cancelled by the therapist or the service cannot be delivered, you will be offered: a rescheduled session, or a full refund of the session fee.
Compliance with Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
